What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! A JuJu Loves gift card is the perfect way to share the joy of bold, statement-making style. They're available in custom amounts and are valid for three years from the date of purchase. It's a great way to let your loved ones choose their own piece of #goodjuju!

If I purchase items as a gift will you mail to the gift recipient?

Yes, we're happy to ship directly to your gift recipient. During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address for your gift. Just make sure to double-check the address to ensure your gift arrives at the right place!

Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We currently offer standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Most items will ship within 3-12 calendar days of your order, and we ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Due to the nature of our small business we have restocks scheduled to arrive frequently, and your order may take up to 12 days before it ships. Please grant us a little grace as we ramp up to meet demand and work out the kinks of running an online business.

If you need expedited shipping, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you (additional fees may apply).

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we're not able to ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. But we're always looking to expand our JuJu Loves community, so stay tuned for updates!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email or text message. We ship most of our products via USPS Priority Mail, which provides real-time tracking so you can follow your JuJu Loves goodies all the way to your doorstep!

Do you offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount?

Yes, we do! Orders of $99 and above qualify for free shipping. For orders up to $98.99, we charge a flat rate of $9.95, regardless of the number of items.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your JuJu Loves purchases! We offer a 7-day return policy for unused merchandise (excluding final sale items marked with .97 and our Surprise Me JuJu packages). To initiate a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note there is a $9.95 return shipping fee.

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely! We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING on any EXCHANGES or if you opt for STORE CREDIT. This is a great option if you want to swap your item for something else or save your credit for a future purchase. Just let us know that you'd like to exchange your item or receive store credit instead of a refund, and we'll guide you through the process. For new orders as part of the exchange or use of store credit, standard shipping rates will apply according to our shipping thresholds. Remember, you have 7 days from receiving your order to contact us for an exchange, and the item must be unused and in its original condition with tags still attached.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Yes, any product with a price ending in .97 is a final sale item and not eligible for return or exchange.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

On occasion we know that shipping carriers cause damage to packages and the contents. If you receive items that are damaged, you must notify us via email within 24 hrs of receiving your package to report the damage and obtain instructions for exchange/refund of the damaged product.

Do you offer store credit for returns?

Yes, we do! In fact, we offer FREE return shipping if you choose store credit instead of a refund. It's a great option if you want to exchange your item for something else or save your credit for a future purchase.

How can I see the products being featured during the live event?

Our live shopping events showcase a mix of new arrivals, bestsellers, and sometimes exclusive items. You'll see a range of bold and statement-making apparel and accessories that embody the JuJu Loves style. Each live event is unique, so you never know what exciting pieces you might discover!

How do I participate in a live shopping event?

It's easy and fun! Just follow us on Instagram @shopjujuloves and tune in when we go live. You can watch JuJu try on new arrivals in real-time, ask questions, and take advantage of exclusive flash sales. Don't forget to sign up for our email list to get notified about upcoming events and early access to specials!

Do I need to register or sign up to join a live shopping event?

Nope! As long as you follow us on Instagram @shopjujuloves, you can join our live events anytime. However, we recommend signing up for our email list to get notified about upcoming events and gain early access to our live specials.

What time do the live shopping events usually start?

Our current schedule of lives is Tuesday at 12pm EST; however, we may on occasion conduct live events spontaneously throughout the week without notice. It's important to follow JuJu Loves on Instagram to make sure you get notified when we are going live.

Can I purchase items featured in the live event after it ends?

Absolutely! While the exclusive flash sales are only available during the live event, you can still purchase the featured items on our website after the event ends (subject to availability).

Will there be exclusive discounts or offers during the live events?

YES! Flash sales will only be avaialable during the live events. You don't want to miss these deals so make sure you tune in.

How do I add items to my cart during the live event?

While watching the live event on Instagram, you can shop the featured items directly on our website. We'll provide links to the products, making it easy for you to add them to your cart and check out. Remember, our flash sale prices are only valid until the end of the live event, so shop quickly!

Can I ask questions or interact with the host during the live event?

Absolutely! We love interacting with our JuJu Loves community during live events. You can ask questions, request to see certain items, or share your thoughts in the comments section during the Instagram live. JuJu will do her best to respond to as many questions as possible in real-time.

What happens if an item sells out during the live event?

Popular items can sell out quickly during our live events. If something you love sells out, we recommend checking back on our website later, as we often restock fan favorites. You can also sign up for our email list to be notified about restocks.

How long do the live shopping events typically last?

Our live events can last anywhere from 1 hr to 90 minutes.

Can I invite friends to join the live shopping event?

YES! Instagram has a feature to share the live with your friends. The more the merrier!

Where can I find the schedule for upcoming live events?

The best place to find our live event schedule is on our Instagram page @shopjujuloves and our JuJu LIVE details page. We regularly post announcements about upcoming events there. Be sure to sign up for our email newsletter to stay up to date!

How can I set a reminder for an upcoming live event?

Instagram offers a handy feature to set reminders for upcoming live events. When we announce a live event on our Instagram page, you'll see an option to set a reminder. Just tap that, and Instagram will notify you when we're about to go live.

What platforms do you host your live events on?

We currently host our shopping live events on Instagram, Facebook, and our website. We will eventually add TikTok to our live schedule.

Are the live events recorded and available to watch later?

Yes, every live for the past 6 months will be saved on in our replays.

How can I submit questions or requests before a live event?

Is there a way to get a preview of the products before the live event?

For our regularly scheduled Tuesday lives our email subscribers get a sneak peek of the live event specials an hour before we go live. This is a great way to preview some of the products that will be featured. For the full reveal and try-on experience, though, you'll want to tune in to the live event!

What is the "Surprise Me JuJu" product?

Surprise Me JuJu is JuJu Loves' year-round curated gift box service, designed to bring joy and style to any occasion! It's a personalized shopping experience where JuJu handpicks a selection of bold, statement-making accessories tailored to your preferences or those of your gift recipient.

We offer a variety of themed boxes for different occasions and seasons, including:

  • Be My Valentine (2/2 Order Cutoff)
  • Mother's Day Magic (5/1 Order Cutoff)

Each Surprise Me JuJu package comes in three options:

  • $85 ($110+ Value): Includes a minimum of 2 accessory items
  • $125 ($165+ Value): Includes a minimum of 3 accessory items
  • $195 ($250+ Value): Includes a minimum of 5 accessory items

When you order a Suprise Me JuJu package, you'll fill out a style preference form to guide JuJu's selections. Some items in the box may even be surprises not available on our regular website!

Packages will arrive contained in opaque packagin inside the shipping container so that you can open the package, but maintain the suprirse until you unwrap it.

Whether you're treating yourself or gifting to someone special, the Surprise Me JuJu package is a fun way to discover new JuJu Loves pieces and add some #goodjuju to any celebration!

How does the process work?

When you order a "Surprise Me JuJu" gift, you'll fill out a short form telling us about your (or the recipient's) style preferences. Based on this information, we'll handpick a selection of JuJu Loves items tailored to those preferences. It's like having JuJu as your personal shopper!

Can I order a gift package for someone else?

Absolutely! Our Surprise Me JuJu products make fantastic gifts for any occasion. Whether it's for a birthday, holiday, anniversary, or just because, you can order a curated gift box for someone special in your life.

When ordering, you'll have the opportunity to fill out a style preference form. Simply enter the recipient's preferences instead of your own. This way, JuJu can handpick items tailored to their taste and style.

We offer a variety of themed boxes for different occasions, such as "Birthday Bash Box," "Anniversary Allure," "Graduation Glam," and many more. You can choose the theme that best fits the occasion or the recipient's current life stage.

How much does the "Surprise Me JuJu" gift box cost?

We offer three options:

  • $85 ($110+ Value): includes a minimum of 2 accessory items.

We created these packages to fit all sorts of budgets and JuJu doesn't skimp!! All will have amazing items and are JuJu-approved style!

What types of products can I expect in my package?

The surprise package can include a variety of JuJu Loves accessories such as headbands, handbags, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, sunglasses, etc. The specific items will be chosen based on the style preferences you provide.

Can I request specific items to be included in the box?

While we can't guarantee specific items, we do ask about your favorite accessory type in the preference form. We'll do our best to include something from that category if possible. The fun of this surprise package is in the surprise!

How long will it take to receive my gift box?

For most surprise packages throughout the year your package will ship within 10-12 days from order so that we have time to "shop". Please check the product page for some packages that are specific holiday driven like "Hooray For the Holidays" where there are order cut off dates and specific ship by dates. This ensures your package of surprise goodies arrives in plenty of time for the holidays.

Can I change my preferences after submitting the form?

We start curating your gift box as soon as you submit your preferences, so we can't guarantee changes after submission. If you need to make a change, please email us at hello@jujuloves.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate if we haven't started processing your order.

Is there a return policy for the "Surprise Me JuJu" products?

Due to the personalized nature of the surprise package products, we don't offer returns on these items. However, we put a lot of care into curating each box based on your preferences to ensure you'll love your surprises!

Can I order more than one surprise package at a time?

Yes, you can order multiple surprise packages! Each package will need its own preference form filled out, so you can personalize each one individually if you're buying for different people.

What if I need my surprise package by a specific date?

Please check the product page for holiday packages that ship on specific dates throughout the year. For other packages throughout the year and if you need your gift box by a different specific date, please email us at hello@jujuloves.com after placing your order. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
