Our Policies
Shipping
When you select Standard Shipping, most items will ship within 3-12 calendar days of the receipt of your order. This applies to all orders placed within the 48 contiguous United States. We are not currently able to ship to areas outside the 48 contiguous states.
We currently ship on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. Please kindly remember that we are not a “prime” type of business that has same day or 1-2 day shipping as a standard. If you have a special need, we of course will try our best to accommodate you. Please let us know if you need expedited shipping, overnight, etc. and we will let you know the additional shipping fees for this and if we can accommodate you.
On occasion due to out of stock issues with our manufacturers, there may be an extended delay in shipping. If your ship date will exceed past 15 calendar days, we do offer you an option to cancel your order for a full refund upon request. This is not an automatic cancellation– please email us within 2 calendar days of placing your order at hello@jujuloves.com to request a cancellation and full refund. After 2 calendar days, we will not be able to cancel your order.
When you place your order you will receive a notification on the expected delivery date. We ship most of our products via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with notifications either via text message and/or email so you can get real time tracking for your shipment.
We do not “split-ship” orders for multiple items. All of the items in your order will ship together (except our Surprise Me JuJu packages as some these ship on specific dates).

Returns and Exchanges
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept any unused merchandise back for a full refund (final sale items excluded) within 7 days of receiving your order.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (with the exception of final sale items marked with .97 and our Surprise Me JuJu packages). Any product price that ends with .97 is a final sale item and not eligible for return. All of our Surprise Me JuJu packages are hand curated and are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and/or tags still attached.
*Please note there is a $9.95 return shipping fee on all returns regardless of whether you received free shipping or not when you placed your order.
We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING on any EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT, so please let us know if you wish to simply exchange your item for something else or store credit to use later. For new orders as part of the exchange/store credit, shipping will be charged according to our shipping thresholds.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will automatically issue a refund on your original payment method (minus a $9.95 return shipping fee unless you are exchanging/receiving store credit). By the time it arrives back to us to the point of refund, it may take a few days for our team to inspect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we do.
Sizing
We source our apparel from various manufacturers that do inherently have different guidelines for sizing. Some of our products offer a sizing guide as the last product image and/or we disclose details about the sizing in the product description.
Joining one of our live events is a great way to see the product on the human body and ask about sizing. AND- we are always available via email to answer any questions for you.
Most of our products are offered in standard XS-XL, but some products are only available in S-L. We realize that this is not as size inclusive as we would like to be to all of our customers, but we are not currently able to offer plus sizes with the required minimum order quantities from our manufacturers. As JuJu Love grows we hope to be able to offer sizes for curvier ladies in the future.
Damages
On occasion, we know that shipping carriers cause damage to packages and their contents. If you receive items that are damaged, you must notify us via email within 24 hrs of receiving your package to report the damage and obtain instructions for exchange/refund of the damaged product.
